Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using I❤️AI voyagr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using I❤️AI voyagr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The service

I❤️AI voyagr is a client-side web application that helps you record and visualize your travels — home bases, trips, and the stops within them — on an interactive 3D globe, along with dates, ratings, categories, notes, and photo links. Your travel data is saved to and loaded from your own Google Drive, with a local backup kept in your browser.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and have a valid Google Account to use I❤️AI voyagr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Google account & data

I❤️AI voyagr uses Google Sign-In to authenticate you and the Google Drive API to store your travel data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Account and for all activity that occurs through it while using I❤️AI voyagr.

You authorize I❤️AI voyagr to create, read, and update the single file it uses to store your travel data in a private application-data folder in your Google Drive, solely to provide the Service. I❤️AI voyagr requests only the narrowest Google Drive permission needed (drive.appdata), cannot access any other files in your Google Drive, and keeps no copy of your travel data on its own servers — it has no server-side access to that data at all.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload through I❤️AI voyagr, including your trips, notes, and photos ("Your Content"). I❤️AI voyagr does not claim ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use any material — including photographs — you associate with your travels. You represent that Your Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

Because Your Content is stored in your own Google Drive, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies. I❤️AI voyagr keeps a temporary local backup only while a change cannot be saved to Google Drive, and permanently deletes that backup once the data has been written to your Google Drive; we are not a backup service and do not guarantee the preservation of Your Content.

Acceptable use

When using I❤️AI voyagr, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or Google's systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or the infrastructure it relies on.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Misuse Google APIs or exceed the access granted to I❤️AI voyagr.

Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, interface, name, and logo — is owned by I❤️AI, LLC. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.

Third-party services

I❤️AI voyagr depends on services provided by Google, including Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of those services is subject to Google's own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. I❤️AI voyagr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be preserved or free from loss. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I❤️AI voyagr and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using I❤️AI voyagr at any time and may revoke its access to your Google Account from your Google permissions page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends; your data stored in your own Google Drive remains yours and under your control.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Service.
